Welcome Hidden Valley Camp Staff! We are delighted to welcome you to the summer staff at Hidden Valley. Much activity is going on in preparation for the upcoming season at camp, and the "Guide for this Summer's Staff" section of the website will help you as you anticipate your "summer of a lifetime" at H.V.C. Please call us should you have any questions about camp. As with all jobs, we ask that staff attend to some basic employment requirements. So, please take the time to look through all these pages carefully, noting that in addition to the contracts you will receive in the mail, there is some paperwork to attend to as soon as possible. You can complete most of the paperwork online or download the paperwork and email or mail it to us. As the summer draws closer, you will receive additional information from us. Camp's Program Directors - who possess a great deal of experience at H.V.C. and will work closely with you in teaching and counseling areas - will be in touch as well. Finally, in case you're a little nervous about the summer, remember that this feeling is natural in anticipation of an intensive experience such as that at a summer camp. Please know that we have confidence that your presence will mean a lot to your campers, and that this will be a meaningful summer for you too. Once again, welcome to camp! Now more than ever, a peaceful, productive and unpressured community such as ours is a significant resource for families. Your contribution to our children's growth will be an important one, and we look forward to working with you this summer. |
